How long does development of a custom product take?

Plan for 3-6 months. We have a detailed process which allows for sampling, feedback, revisions, and packaging preparation.

How much should I budget for development of a product?

It depends!  Facts to consider, the type of products, ingredients used, sizes, packaging, and quantity you want to launch with. Plan for at least 50% of your budget for products. Some start with as little as $2500.

What’s the lead time on orders?

Approximately 3 weeks from the time an order is placed. As products are customized for each brand, once an order is placed, the products are put on the production schedule.

Can you duplicate products?

We believe in developing unique, but exceptional products. Therefore, we don’t duplicate products. We do like to understand what you like about a product so we can develop an even better one for you!

Can you help me by manufacturing a product I used to make myself?

Quite possibly! We would set up a consultation to understand the product and pricing needed to help accomplish the transition.

Where are you located?

We are centrally located near I-40 in Conway, Arkansas.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST)

Do I need to travel to work with you?

Nope, no travel needed. We complete the entire process virtually. From the consultation, to follow-up meetings, we make it convenient to work with us from anywhere.
