At Definitive Formulations, LLC we want you to be thrilled with your custom skin and hair care products! We take great pride in our creations and ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Here’s our user friendly and straightforward return and cancellation policy:

 Returns for Defects or Shipping Damage

If you receive a product that’s damaged or defective, please let us know within **7 days** of receiving your order. We're here to help make things right! Here’s what to do:

- **Contact Us:** Use the Shipping Issue or Product Issue Form within your order portal to provide the information needed for review of your issue.
- **Send Us Photos:** If possible, please include photos of the damage or defect so we can quickly assess the situation.
- **Return Shipping:** We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item at no additional cost to you.

Once we confirmed the issue, we’ll gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Cancellations

We begin processing your custom order right away to ensure quick delivery. Because of this, cancellations are only accepted within **24 hours** of placing your order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact us form on your brand's webpage and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that the refund will not include the processing fees charged on the order.
**Note:** Custom products made specifically for you are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there’s a defect or shipping damage.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order completion and will be invoiced separately. This ensures that you are charged accurately based on your specific order details and delivery location.

Order Processing of  Custom-Made Products
All our products are custom-made to order. We start crafting your items once your order is placed, ensuring each product is tailored just for you. Please refer to the current lead time, which is listed on our website’s homepage, for an estimate of when your order will be ready for shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order is prepped and ready to ship, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
